What this site is

This is the booking and client portal for Desk STG. It runs on Kinvyt, a studio management platform. Your agreement about photography, videography or any other work is with Desk STG, not with Kinvyt.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Desk STG will respond to you, and any booking is confirmed separately on the terms Desk STG sets out.

Accounts

If Desk STG has given you an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell Desk STG if you think someone else has them.

Payments

Payment links sent by Desk STG are handled by a third-party payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are a matter between you and Desk STG.
